All fees paid for the digital CV creation and verification services are non-refundable. Due to the immediate nature of access and the resources allocated for profile verification through DigiLocker, cancellations and refunds cannot be accommodated.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Technical Failures: If our system experiences a technical error that prevents successful profile creation or DigiLocker verification, and the issue is verified to be on our end, we may consider partial or full compensation.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment is found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, we will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
In cases where a technical failure occurs:
- Users must report the issue within 24 hours of the error.
- Users must provide evidence of the error, such as screenshots or other relevant information.
- Our team will review the case, and if verified, we may offer a resolution, which could include retrying the service or providing alternative assistance.
It is the user’s responsibility to:
- Ensure that all details provided for the CV creation and verification are accurate.
- Utilize the service in accordance with our guidelines. Dissatisfaction due to incorrect user data entry or a change of mind will not qualify for a refund.
Our service provides a professional and verified CV but does not guarantee job placement. Refunds will not be granted if the user does not receive a job offer after using our digital CV.
